How to reach us about a correction, a series we have got wrong, or anything else on this site.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide, not Candy AI. We have no access to accounts, subscriptions, billing or the catalogue itself. For anything involving your account, contact Candy AI support directly: we cannot cancel a subscription, issue a refund or restore access.
