Summer starts with a new stepsister moving in. With your father away, the introduction turns into a three-way competition for your attention between Brooklyn, her mother and her closest friend, and nobody in it is subtle.
What you actually get
Five episodes, one to two minutes each, which is the catalogue norm: 99 of the 110 CandyShorts series are exactly this length. There is no slow build. The premise is established in episode one and the series moves immediately, which makes the two free episodes unusually representative of the whole. What you see free is what the rest is.
Not to be confused with
Your New Stepsister is a separate series with a separate cast. So is My Goth Stepsister, and so is My Girlfriend’s Step-Sister Caught Me Staring. The catalogue has a lot of stepsisters and the titles do not help. In the grid this one is listed under its title; its address is brooklyn-ashford, the stepsister’s name, and the title-based address returns a 404.
How explicit it gets
We rate it 5 out of 5, fully explicit. Explicit from the first half and it stays there. This is the most explicit of the ten series we cover, and one of the two that reach 5 on our scale.
Our take
The most explicit of the ten we cover and the least interested in pretending otherwise. Five episodes with no wind-up: fine if that is what you came for, thin if it is not.
How to find it
In the Shorts grid on candy.ai it is listed by title, under the Stepsister tag; the grid loads twenty cards at a time, so keep scrolling. Its address is another matter: the URL uses the lead character's name, Brooklyn Ashford, and the title-based address returns a 404. A link that looks unrelated to the title is not a mistake, and the button above takes you straight there.
The first two episodes are free with a Candy AI account. The remaining 3 need a Candy AI subscription, from $3.99 a month on the annual plan. The free access page has every plan.
